Jean-Philippe Flament

Mr Flament is a private investor. His time is now dedicated to Visuray and Direct Conversion where he is also Chairman. Mr Flament holds significant interests in Visuray and Direct Conversion. Prior to being a private investor Mr Flament worked as portfolio manager in Cheyne Capital Management from 2003-2009. He has previously served as a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley & Co Intl Ltd (1993-2002) and as Assistant Director of NatWest Financial Products plc (1991-1993).

Thor Haugnaess

Mr Haugnaess has worked in the Oil Industry for 34 years. He started his career in Schlumberger Oilfield Services where he worked for 23 years within Field Operations, Staff and Line Management and covered operations in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. He is the former President of Ocean Rig ASA, a deep water drilling contractor. He has held several directorships in International Oil Companies. Mr Haugnaess holds a Msc in Petroleum Technology from NTH (NTNU) Trondheim, Norway.

Tore Hansen-Tangen

Tore Hansen-Tangen holds an Lic. Oec degree from St.Gallen in Switzerland. He was one of the pioneers within the Norwegian offshore sector in the 70’s and has held numerous positions within various industries, both in Norway and in Asia over the years. Mr Hansen-Tangen is the Executive Chairman and main shareholder of Viking Development Group in Kristiansand.

Frank Biancheri

Mr Biancheri has experience from private and public sectors through various positions. He began his career in Paris with Crédit Lyonnais (1983-1990) and Marsh McLennan (1991-1995). Mr Biancheri then joined the Government of the Principality of Monaco as Minister of Finance and Economy (2000-2006) and Minister of Foreign Affairs (2008-2010). In 2011 and 2012 he was the CEO of a company specializing in the Hospitality Industry, Monaco QD Hotels and Resorts Management SAM. Presently, he is Founding Partner of Tempestlegal Services and partner Penta Advisory SAM, a portfolio management company in Monaco.

Ondine de Rothschild

Ms de Rothschild holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Major in Art History and a Minor in Economics from Princeton University. She worked at the Galerie Ariane Dandois (2001-2007). During the last year Ms de Rothschild has been a private investor and worked with Private Equity, Venture Capital, Trading and a Real Estate Investment Company.
