KAMBIZ SAFINYA

Special Advisor to the Chairman and Board of Visuray
Dr. Safinya served as the CEO of Visuray until April 2023. Now, his focus is on the technical development at Visuray as the company transitions from a pure R&D company, widening to include the commercial drivers of oilfield services on a wide scale. Dr. Safinya earned a PhD in Atomic Physics from Harvard University before joining Schlumberger. During his 30-year career he held various positions in Research, Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, M&A, Business Development and General Management in the USA, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. His career was spent in Wireline, Western-Geco, Telecoms, SEMA (IT Services), Oilfield Services as well as Schlumberger Limited (Corporate). Dr. Safinya holds more than 20 US patents in areas of wireline logging, geophysics, heavy oil production and telecommunications and has published more than 20 papers in peer reviewed journals. He is an Alumnus of INSEAD, member of SPE and AAAS. He has been with Visuray since 2011. Mr. Safinya resides in the USA.

JOHN BRUCE

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
During his 23-year career with Schlumberger, Mr Bruce held various Financial positions in both the UK and US, World Wide Financial Controller, World Wide Treasury manager, M&A, Financial Integration of business segments and Fiscal/legal accounting. His career was spent in SedcoForex, WesternGeco Electromagnetics and Schlumberger Oilfield Services. Mr Bruce attended college in Aberdeen Scotland where he earned an HND in Accounting. Mr. Bruce resides in the USA.

PHIL TEAGUE

CHIEF TECHNOLOGIST
Mr. Teague was the founder of Visuray. He has extensive experience in engineering design, product management, and technology leadership in the offshore oil service industry, on projects for Statoil, ExxonMobil, Norsk Hydro, BNFL, and AMEC. Mr Teague holds 30 patents in the US and worldwide, including subsea wireline systems, radiation production devices, and robotic nuclear decommissioning systems. He read Physics and Astrophysics at the University of York, England, and is a Member of the Institute of Physics, SPE, SPWLA and AAAS. Mr. Teague resides in the USA.
